Through her nonprofit, Brittany emphasizes that leadership grows at the intersection of sports, education, and community support.
An MBA graduate with a background in applied psychology, Brittany has been recognized for her military achievements with multiple Navy Achievement Medals and Navy Commendation Medals, as well as for her real estate accomplishments as a top-producing agent. Mission-driven and service-oriented, she advises young women to stay resilient, embrace their passions, and commit wholeheartedly to the causes they believe in, even when challenges arise.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my belief in the power of community, the confidence and leadership skills I developed through sports, and my dedication to providing intentional support for young women both on and off the field. I credit my ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, along with my commitment to mentorship and building strong partnerships, as key factors in driving the impact of my nonprofit work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to surround yourself with mentors and leaders who inspire you, and to pay that guidance forward—mentorship and support are essential for personal growth and for helping others reach their potential.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering leadership and nonprofit work is to embrace opportunities for growth through sports and community engagement, seek out mentors, and remember that leadership develops through support, experience, and persistence. Stay strong, don’t give up, and stay passionate about your mission—even when others do not.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is ensuring that all girls have equitable access to sports and leadership opportunities, regardless of financial, social, or cultural barriers. At the same time, there are great opportunities to build partnerships, expand community programs, and use athletics as a platform to develop confidence, resilience, and leadership that carry beyond the field.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value equity, inclusion, empowerment, education, and community support, believing that consistent encouragement can profoundly impact young women’s confidence and life paths. I am passionate about developing women’s leadership, using sports as a tool for growth, and engaging with my community, while also supporting families through real estate and adult education.
