What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to discovering a true passion for talent acquisition and dedicating myself to connecting with people. By listening carefully and providing personalized coaching, I help candidates align their strengths with the right opportunities, transforming teams and making a meaningful impact. For me, success isn’t just filling roles—it’s creating opportunities for individuals to shine.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Plant the seed even if you don't know the flower... Continue to plant and sow. It's not about the soil, the sunlight, or the amount of water. It's about the number of seeds you've planted. The more you work hard, the luckier you become.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on the 'why' behind your work—cultivate purpose and coach others, rather than relying solely on financial incentives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are consistency, integrity, and personal accountability. In my work life, I believe in showing up even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed—doing my part, giving real effort, and taking pride in how I represent myself and the company. I value being dependable, treating people with respect, and doing quality work even when no one is watching. In my personal life, I carry the same mindset. I focus on discipline, growth, and responsibility. I believe progress comes from consistently putting in the work, learning from setbacks, and continuing forward instead of waiting for perfect conditions. Overall, I value effort over excuses and consistency over comfort—because that’s how real growth happens.
