01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I was in college working at Macy's when a lady suggested pharmaceutical sales and recommended a book. She said don't be afraid to ask questions and do the research. Take the time to do the research and talk to multiple people in that field.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It can be challenging to get into this industry but there are many avenues. At Haleon we will hire hygienists with an associate degree. We don't care as much about what the degree is in but personality, work ethic, and how good you are at building relationships.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Having integrity in everything you do, whether personal or professional. If I say I'm gonna do something, they don't have to think well is she really gonna do that. Being honest and having that integrity to do what you say you're gonna do.
