Her Story
About Brittney
I started my career teaching group fitness, where I discovered my passion for helping people create results and improve businesses. I was always approaching owners with ideas about how we could improve operations and grow. At age [AGE], I got into network marketing and built my way to the top 0.05% of the company, building a large team of health coaches. That's where I really learned how to organically work social media, how to sell, how to have conversations and convert them, and how to coach people on programs. After that, I transitioned to working with coaches in the private sector, and I was blessed to be in companies where I could bring my ideas to the table. I helped one company go from $2 million to $6 million in revenue in a single year. I ran operations, sales, and marketing for other coaching companies, but I couldn't really lead and create the way I wanted to because of how the companies were structured or the pace. My husband and I always worked as a pair in other companies, and we realized we weren't going to find what we wanted in the marketplace, so we needed to go create it. That's how The Revenue Agency was born in September 2024. Now I work directly with founders and owners, helping them with offer creation and showing them how to market and sell it. I help coaches and personal brands scale from 6 to 7 figures and beyond by creating congruence between their branding, marketing, and sales, and breaking through revenue ceilings.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Ask a lot of questions and be curious. Find somebody that's gone before you, that's achieved what you want to achieve, and be a student - study them. I always had people that were in positions that I was surrounded with, that I put myself in rooms with, that had a certain level of success or they were doing something that I wanted to do, and I became a student to the way that they operated. That was huge. Sometimes young people get into a habit where they want to lead with ego and prove that they know what they're doing, but if there was a little bit of humility there and just a genuine curiosity, they would probably get farther faster. I also think it's important to not be scared to try, even if you maybe didn't have the training. I always went after opportunities, even if I wasn't qualified for them. I would still ask to be considered for it, and then I just worked my butt off and I was resourceful and I learned. That's something that a lot of people could probably learn from.
