About Brittney
Brittney Koop serves as Customer Success Manager at Traliant, having been promoted from Senior Account Executive. She oversees a portfolio of accounts in the compliance training space, ensuring clients remain up to date with content on harassment prevention, diversity, equity and inclusion, and cybersecurity, while managing renewals, agreements, and collaborating with the legal team. Brittney holds a background in fashion from her studies in product development and business management at FIDM. She previously worked at a textile company supplying brands such as American Eagle, The Row, and Levi's before pivoting to compliance training through networking. Brittney values proactive outreach and has highlighted her lack of fear in pursuing opportunities, such as attending a college networking event that led to a contract at Levi's headquarters. She recommends that women entering the compliance field stay in close contact with accounts, manage business details diligently, keep abreast of new laws, and build comfort with technology and AI applications.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
In the compliance world, keeping in contact with your accounts, managing your businesses and staying on top of them, making sure that everyone is up to date, and staying in tune with laws that get passed. Also, know more about technology and not being afraid of it, especially with AI.
