Brittney Love
Brittney began her career in residential real estate before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2020. With nearly six years of experience in real estate, including a strong focus on research and analytics, she has developed expertise in market trends, supply and demand fundamentals, and tenant requirements. She approaches her work with a commitment to operational excellence, client service, and rigorous analysis.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is currently pursuing both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate at the same institution. She also earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from South Piedmont Community College.
Outside of her professional work, Brittney enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She values integrity, accountability, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture, and she remains actively engaged in contributing to both her community and the commercial real estate industry.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to self-motivation and a strong drive to work hard, both for my own growth and for the future of my children. Their well-being and opportunities inspire me to stay focused, persevere through challenges, and give my best in everything I do.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the most significant opportunities right now is the integration of data and technology into decision making. Firms that can leverage research, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive strategy will be best positioned to lead in this next cycle.

In both my professional and personal life, I place a high value on integrity and creating a positive impact. At work, I am committed to building a strong organizational culture and fostering a supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
