I credit my success to my drive, strong work ethic, and unwavering consistency.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to resist the urge to jump ahead—finish what I’m working on before moving on to the next project. I also learned the importance of letting go and sharing the load instead of trying to carry everything on my own.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always be your authentic self. When challenges arise, remember that it’s not your fault—give yourself grace and allow room to grow through the experience.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the industry right now is the shortage of professionals entering the insurance field. There’s a real need for more people, which also creates opportunity—those who step in can grow quickly and make a meaningful impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most, both professionally and personally, are integrity, trust, and support. I believe in doing the right thing, being someone others can rely on, and lifting up the people around me.
