What do you attribute your success to?
My success is based on surrounding myself with incredibly loving and supportive people.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I wish I would have known a long time ago is to lean into exactly who you are. The second you start morphing yourself into what you think people want you to be is the exact moment that you lose what makes you shine.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to be the only women in the room. Being different is your superpower.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In my short experience in this field, the challenge is lack of knowledge and less time creating relationships necessary for the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that I hold the dearest to my heart are honesty, true and valid partnerships, and the ability to cultivate a vision that not only benefits my business - but also elevates our parnters' lives.
