Brittney Christina Christy is a Senior Account Manager at WeldFit, where she partners with clients in the Midstream Oil & Gas sector to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable solutions for pipeline flow assurance, line intervention, and gas recompression. With a focus on understanding her clients’ needs, Brittney provides expert guidance alongside a team of subject matter experts, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest industry standards. Her dedication to exceptional service has earned her recognition as one of Houston’s “Women to Watch” by the Houston Business Journal in 2017.
Beyond her role at WeldFit, Brittney serves as a Business Development Consultant for BC Enterprises – MATRIX PMO, supporting sales and commercial teams in the Energy sector, particularly nuclear, to identify and onboard new clients. Her extensive background in marketing, operations, and client management allows her to build lasting relationships and drive business growth. Brittney’s professional journey spans leadership roles in marketing, recruiting, and training, where she has successfully implemented strategies to attract top talent and enhance company branding across multiple organizations.
Brittney holds a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Journalism and International Communication from Lynn University and studied abroad at the Arcadia Center for Catalan, Spanish, and Mediterranean Studies in Barcelona, Spain. She is passionate about giving back through humanitarian initiatives, having co-chaired Spirit Environmental’s Humanitarian Committee for over a decade. Known for her energy, creativity, and ability to inspire teams, Brittney continues to thrive as a leader who embraces opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in her industry.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my upbringing—it instilled in me the values, work ethic, and resilience that shape the woman I am today. Those early lessons continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that every "no" brings you closer to the next "yes." It’s a reminder to stay persistent and never give up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never be afraid to ask questions. The more knowledge you gain, the better equipped you’ll be to provide meaningful solutions to your clients.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in my field right now are the high levels of competition. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities to stand out by truly caring for and understanding clients’ needs.
