Her earlier career includes serving as a Business and Government Coordinator at Verizon, where she supported national, government, and small business wireless accounts with tier 1 and 2 technical support, and as a Quality Analyst at zulily, where she monitored customer interactions, ensured service quality, and supported hiring and onboarding.
