Brooke Detty

Brooke (Ringel) Detty is an accomplished Staffing Supervisor at PrideStaff, where she leverages over eight years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent management. A former collegiate athlete, Brooke brings the same discipline, perseverance, and teamwork skills from the soccer field to her professional career, helping clients find the right candidates for a wide range of roles—from administrative and customer service positions to light industrial placements. Certified in training new franchise offices, she is passionate about creating innovative staffing practices that benefit both clients and candidates.

A proud graduate of Ohio Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communication, Brooke values mentorship, community, and professional growth. She credits her success to a combination of hard work, supportive colleagues, and the strong foundation she built as a student-athlete balancing academics, athletics, and part-time work.
