Brooke Dorsett
Brooke Dorsett is a dedicated early childhood educator and Lead Teacher at Children’s Lighthouse Early Learning School in Katy, Texas. With extensive experience working with children from infancy through age twelve, Brooke creates safe, nurturing, and educational environments that foster emotional, social, and cognitive development. She combines her knowledge of developmental milestones with age-appropriate activities, ensuring each child receives individualized attention and support.
In addition to her teaching expertise, Brooke brings strong administrative and organizational skills to her role, managing office operations, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining positive communication with families. Her background in the performing arts allows her to creatively integrate drama and theatrical elements into learning experiences, enriching classroom engagement and promoting holistic development. Brooke’s commitment to excellence and adaptability ensures that children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally under her guidance.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Arts from Lonestar College. She is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. Beyond the classroom, Brooke volunteers with arts and culture organizations such as Company OnStage and Alley Theatre, reflecting her passion for performance and community engagement.
