Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of curiosity, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping people. Fresh out of college, I started in healthcare working in the front office of a medical practice, which led me to roles in training, physician liaison work, and project management, constantly interacting with people at vulnerable points in their lives. Over time, I carried these experiences into the ABA space, where I saw an opportunity to bridge gaps in business development and community education. For the past seven years, I have focused on educating providers, schools, parents, and the community about ABA therapy, ensuring strong communication and connection for the children we serve. My success comes from applying the lessons I learned in traditional healthcare to this sector while staying committed to helping others and growing the organizations I serve.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be myself to be genuine, honest, and transparent with others. By showing people who you truly are, your authenticity naturally shines through in your work and gives you confidence in every situation.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value dedication, balance, and meaningful connections. My husband is a Division I college basketball coach, and together we navigate the demands of his career while raising our energetic six-year-old daughter, who keeps us on our toes. I prioritize staying active through regular workouts, enjoy traveling to sunny destinations when possible, and deeply cherish quality time with friends and family. These values commitment, wellness, and connection guide how I approach everything I do.
