The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never be afraid in the courtroom—no matter who you face, being poised, prepared, and confident matters most—and to always seek mentorship, because no one builds a meaningful career alone.

My advice to young women entering this field is to know your “why” so that your work feels meaningful, and to seek out mentors—people who can guide you, share their experiences, and provide support—as their insights will be invaluable in navigating your career.
