Brooke Rodenhizer is an accomplished information technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Dexian. With extensive experience in technical support, service delivery, network security, desktop support, and IT infrastructure, she has developed a strong ability to align technical operations with exceptional customer service. Her background includes roles with Dexian, NetApp, Wolfspeed, and North Carolina State University, along with expertise in Microsoft and Linux environments, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, service management, and emerging artificial intelligence tools.
Brooke’s career reflects adaptability, continuous learning, and a diverse perspective shaped by international experience and a background in communications and electronic media. Before transitioning fully into IT, she developed experience in teaching, tutoring, photography, audio and video production, and technology education. Her time working with people from different cultures strengthened her communication skills and broadened her understanding of how individuals interact with technology. She continues to expand her technical knowledge through professional certifications, including the Google Cybersecurity Certificate and recent training in AI and agent technologies.
Beyond her technical responsibilities, Brooke is passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and helping others succeed in technology.
