The best career advice I’ve ever received is from my mentors, including my mother Kimberly Scheerer, who showed me that hard work pays off and that it’s possible to excel professionally while staying fully present in all aspects of life.

My advice to young women entering this industry is: don’t be afraid to try a new career or path, even if it means going back to school, and remember it’s never too late to start over, no matter your age or experience.
