About Brooke
Brooke Siolka is a leader in Oconto Falls Public Schools in Wisconsin, where she has worked for 9 years in public schools and 3 years in leadership positions. She played a key role in implementing ParentSquare across the district alongside her former Director of Technology, Corey Jeffers, and current Director, Brigit Kyle. She was selected as a ParentSquare ambassador by the national company due to her enthusiasm and success at the local level. In this role, she provides feedback on product development, leads national webinars on implementation, and helps other districts at conferences. Brooke also maintains the district website, a skill she developed on the job despite having no prior experience. She is a member of the AWSA network and serves as secretary on her church council. Brooke attributes her success to her faith, trusting God to guide her path and relying on prayer for the strength and grace to handle every challenge. Her advice to young women entering the field is to never settle, even if starting small, as opportunities are always available.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I lean heavily on my faith to guide my path. I believe that every challenge brought into my life is an opportunity I've been given the strength to handle, and I rely on prayer and reflection to navigate those moments with purpose and grace.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't ever settle. You may have to start small, but don't settle for staying small. There are always opportunities out there, you just have to find where yours are at.
