Her Story
About Brooklyn
Brooklyn is an accomplished human resources and leadership development professional with experience in HR-adjacent roles since 2013. She began in career development, helping college students choose majors and make long-term decisions through assessments. This led to organizational development work that brought her to Jacksonville, Florida, in Northeast Florida. For the first 10 years, she climbed the corporate ladder as a superstar before shifting to a rock star model prioritizing personal peace and time with her two young children. In late 2024 or early 2025, she transitioned to fractional HR consulting. Her primary work involves leadership development training for a boutique firm, crafting programs to address specific gaps in client organizations. Brooklyn values influence for good, integrity, honesty, and efficiency. She is also building Quigley Coffee Company, a mobile espresso cart business launched in May, as part of her multi-stream approach to entrepreneurship.
