Bryanna Aquino

Bryanna Aquino has been working in the human resources field since 2018. She began her career at SimpliSafe, a small IT company focused on home security systems, where she started in a call center role before transitioning into HR. There, she developed skills as a representative, supervisor, and manager while focusing on reducing turnover and supporting employee growth. Bryanna earned her associate's degree in 2020. She is an active member of SHRM, regularly participating in trainings to enhance her knowledge. Currently based in the Boston area, she handles recruitment, talent acquisition, benefits, and onboarding as a team of one for an organization with approximately 144 employees across sites. Bryanna also volunteers her time as head coach for the Mission Hill Fenway Buccaneers cheerleading team, where she works with girls ages 14 to 17 and draws from her own background as a cheerleader in Malden, Massachusetts.
