C. Nicole Sullivan

She is an accomplished environmental, health, and safety attorney with over two decades of experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, and transactional counsel. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Environmental Health and Safety at BASF, she provides strategic EHS counseling to multiple manufacturing sites and business units, leads complex incident investigations, advises on environmental risk in acquisitions and divestitures, and drives leadership and talent development initiatives. She previously spent nearly five years as an Associate at Chiesa Shahinian and Giantomasi PC, where she counseled commercial and industrial clients on environmental law, negotiated complex real estate transactions, and interfaced with NJDEP and USEPA.
