Caitlan B. Cunningham

Caitlan Cunningham has served as a real estate paralegal for the past 11 years. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts, graduating on May 10, 2015, and began her first paralegal position the following day. Her daily responsibilities include managing closings for sales, purchases, refinances, commercial deals, and HELOCs, as well as preparing documents, balancing funds, ordering payoffs, ensuring clear title, and recording on land records. Caitlan takes pride in the relationships she has built with agents and banks, which have helped increase her firm's business. She holds a membership with Equity CT, a nonprofit focused on dismantling systemic racism, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a mentor, coaches women's flag football at the high school and college levels, and participates in church outreach including support for orphanages in Uganda and Gambia.
