Caitlin Cleary

Caitlin Cleary is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where she advises on a range of legal and regulatory matters at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. With nearly six years at ICE, she has held multiple roles including Counsel II for ICE Benchmark Administration, working across both the U.S. and the U.K. Her areas of expertise include financial services law, AI law, intellectual property, and contract negotiation. In 2024, Caitlin was recognized as a Women’s Bond Club Rising Star, a testament to her leadership and growing influence in the legal and financial sectors.

Prior to joining ICE, Caitlin built her foundation in compliance and legal practice through roles at Gemini, Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, and Tower Research Capital. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she was active in the Innovation Center for Law and Technology and the New York Sports Law Society. A lifelong learner and connector, Caitlin also volunteers with the Women’s Bond Club as a Relationship Manager, helping deepen the organization's engagement with its members. Her career reflects a deep commitment to the evolving legal challenges of today’s digital economy.
