She is a strategic people and human resources leader with deep expertise in talent development, HR operations, and organizational growth, combining a legal background with a passion for building people-first cultures. Currently serving as Head of People at Envoy, she leads the company's people strategy, talent development, and HR operations. Prior to this role, she served as Director of People Growth at Envoy for over four years, where she drove people-focused initiatives to support the company's scaling and growth. She also serves as an Advisor at ChangeEngine and PeopleTech Partners, providing strategic guidance on people technology and HR innovation. Her experience includes serving as VP of Compliance and HR at All About Parking Inc. and as a Consultant for VP HR Operations at SoftBank Group. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, where she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and gained legal experience through externships with the San Francisco Superior Court, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Clinic, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcón of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the California Bar and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is recognized as a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader who bridges law, technology, and human-centered practices to build scalable, equitable, and high-performing organizations.
