Ten minutes with Caitlin
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the lessons my mother taught me throughout my life. She emphasized the importance of surrounding myself with strong, supportive women and leading with kindness in every interaction. Those values have helped me build meaningful relationships, collaborate effectively, and grow both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most valuable lessons I've received is understanding the difference between being nice and being kind. I believe that working hard while treating people with genuine kindness creates stronger relationships, earns trust, and contributes to long-term success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to remain open to new opportunities and embrace change as a positive part of career growth. Every new experience provides valuable lessons, and being adaptable allows you to discover strengths and opportunities you may not have anticipated.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I believe artificial intelligence and the growing importance of soft skills represent both the greatest opportunities and challenges in today's workplace. While AI is transforming how we work, success will continue to depend on communication, collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to build strong relationships.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is the foundation of every decision I make, both personally and professionally. I strive to lead with kindness, support those around me, and create meaningful connections while maintaining a healthy balance between my career, my community, and my family.
