Caitlin Cynthia Durning
Caitlin Cynthia Durning is the Founder of Meraki Media Management and the Host of The End in Mind: Personal Development for Entrepreneurs podcast. With a degree in Communication and Public Relations from James Madison University, Caitlin has spent the last several years helping online entrepreneurs build authentic, impactful brands that go beyond algorithms and metrics. She specializes in bridging the gap between strategy and soul, guiding clients to integrate intuitive leadership, intentional growth, and sustainable systems that support their larger vision.
Before founding her own agency, Caitlin gained experience in public relations and community engagement, working with organizations such as Kelly Roach International and the HEADstrong Foundation. She co-founded the Co-Created Hub, where she leads monthly workshops to empower entrepreneurs, and she brings her background in organic marketing, digital strategy, and brand development to every client she serves. Her biggest professional accomplishment has been stepping into a leadership role within her own company, a journey that required persistence, self-discovery, and a commitment to growth.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks with her puppy, and living a healthier lifestyle through fitness and personal development. She also mentors and learns from leaders who have profoundly shaped her approach to entrepreneurship, including Aoise, an Irish lawyer who helped her embrace vulnerability, and therapist-turned-business partner Lisa Tuthill. Through her agency, podcast, and coaching, Caitlin’s mission is to empower entrepreneurs to redefine success on their own terms and build meaningful, lasting impact in their communities.
