01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I think you can have an idea of what you want to do long-term. But I think there should be a willingness to try and test out other types of marketing. That may not be what you want to do long-term. It's very hard to just be doing the type of marketing that you want to do right out of school, so just being willing to put some feelers out, and just try different types of marketing efforts, because there's always something to be learned and grown at every different job.
