What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that a bison is the only animal that faces a storm head-on—it doesn’t run or wait it out, and that resilience is a powerful reminder that we, too, should confront challenges directly rather than avoid them.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always value and honor yourself—your voice, your worth, and your contributions matter more than you may realize.
