Her Story

About Cambria

Cambria Gallup is a life coach and the owner of Life Coaching Connections. She has been doing life coaching for about five years and established her official practice about a year ago. A student at Florida State University studying psychology and business, Cambria begins her days with classes before creating social media content, completing homework, and dedicating the majority of her time to client sessions and networking for her business. Her practice emphasizes mental health recovery and personal growth, motivated by her own past struggles with depression and her full recovery that led her to help others achieve genuine joy and a life they love. Cambria attributes her success to her pure confidence that this work changes lives along with the support of her parents, twin brother, and best friend. She advises young women entering the industry to master the art of confidence, self-love, and a healthy mindset, noting that she devoted almost two years to strengthening her own relationship with herself and her brain.

Ten minutes with Cambria

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from knowing I can do it and pure confidence that this will change people's lives. I am lucky to have supportive parents, a twin brother, and my best friend who has helped me step into this mindset of confidence and self-love. Their support has made a huge difference.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My number one advice is to master the art of confidence. Confidence changes the way you think about yourself and life. True confidence lets your mind believe you can do anything. Practice self-confidence, self-love, and a healthy mindset. I devoted almost 2 years to making sure my relationship with myself and my brain was the best it could be.
