Before moving to Argentina, she also worked as a Spanish interpreter for LanguageLine Solutions, providing real-time interpretation in high-pressure environments.
Outside of her professional achievements, Camila is a lifelong learner and advocate for women in leadership. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Maestro AI College while continuing to manage her team and homeschool her children. Recognized on the Influential Women 100 List in 2026, Camila attributes her success to honesty, resilience, and a dedication to supporting others. She actively volunteers with the Cancer Foundation and champions mentorship, encouraging young women to pursue careers confidently, regardless of parenthood or life circumstances.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being raised in a third world country, Argentina, where I learned that it's all about working hard, surviving, and helping those around us to move forward - it's not all about you, it's about others as well. When I came to America, it was such a hard shock for me because everyone just worried about their own career, their own path. In Argentina, it's all about the neighborhood, it's all about community. So for me, when I work, I care about my agents, I care about my supervisors. I don't just care about me looking good, but also featuring them and just making sure they're lifted and they feel recognized as well. That community-focused mindset and dedication to lifting others up while working hard has been the foundation of my success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is: if you don't try, it's not gonna happen. We get scared. We think, no, if we do it, we're gonna get denied. We're too small for that kind of task. But you never know - if you just do it, it may just happen. You'll never find out unless you try it. My father, David Milohanich, taught me this through his own example. He came to America with nothing and started working in different positions, just starting from the bottom, and now he owns his own company and he's been very successful. All of those steps that he went through taught me to do what I need to do and don't discourage myself when there are other giants around me. His journey showed me the power of just trying and not giving up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to have confidence and don't think you're less than others, because you're enough. I know what it's like to be young, to have kids, and to feel like that's a step back - but it's actually not. There are a lot of young women like me that have kids and they just feel like that's holding them back, but I want them to know it doesn't have to be that way. You are capable and worthy exactly as you are. Don't let anyone or anything make you feel less than, because you have everything you need to succeed.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Many young women with children feel parenthood is a step back in their careers. There is a huge opportunity to show that having children does not prevent career progress and to inspire, mentor, and support others in navigating work-life balance effectively.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the main value for me, both in work and in life. A lot of people have turned me down because of my honesty - I'm young, I only have so many years of experience, I don't have that much. But when I was finally given that chance, just by being honest and just telling the truth about my experience, it took me very far. Beyond honesty, my family comes first and foremost in my life. I want to provide my children with all the tools they need to have a successful life, and for that to happen, I need to inform myself and keep learning. I've always had a hunger for learning - when I was a child, all I wanted to do was learn a bunch of different things. My mom used to tell me, no, you have to focus on one thing, and I couldn't, I just want to learn it all. That curiosity and commitment to continuous growth, combined with putting my family first and always being honest, are what guide everything I do.
