About Camille
Camille Craver is an Executive Floral and Events Designer and the founder of Craver Collections Floral & Design Studio, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With a career rooted in creativity, hospitality, and event production, Camille has been designing memorable experiences since 2007, with the past decade focused on the art of floral design. Her journey began in catering alongside her father, where she developed a passion for creating meaningful experiences, before transitioning into event planning and discovering her natural creative strengths through professional development and mentorship.
After completing floral design studies through Behind the Veil Academy and the Luxury Blooms Experience Floral Intensive, Camille refined her expertise in luxury floral artistry, large-scale installations, tablescapes, and event styling. Mentored by floral studio owner Sheila Corbett, she developed a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship and storytelling behind floral design. Today, Camille specializes in weddings, corporate events, hotel and resort floral programs, VIP experiences, sympathy designs, and custom décor that transforms spaces into elegant and unforgettable environments.
As she continues to grow and rebrand Craver Collections Floral & Design Studio, Camille remains focused on collaboration, innovation, and creating beauty with purpose. She attributes her success to the strength and guidance she receives from God, along with resilience, continuous growth, and the support of a strong network of women. Beyond her business goals, Camille is passionate about giving back to her community by supporting seniors, mentoring youth through etiquette and personal development programs, and creating floral beautification projects that inspire pride and connection within neighborhoods.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God, who has continually given me the strength, wisdom, and perseverance to overcome life's challenges. Throughout my journey, I've experienced countless reminders that I am in God's hands and that my path is being divinely guided. That faith gives me the confidence to keep moving forward with purpose, resilience, and gratitude.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was from my friend, Natasha Bennett, who encouraged me to never give up and reminded me that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. Her words have stayed with me throughout my journey, inspiring me to remain resilient and trust that one day I would look back and appreciate how far I’ve come.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay true to yourself and keep going no matter what.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is building a business that not only achieves sustainable growth but also creates a meaningful impact in the community. My goal is to reach a level of success that allows me to give back generously, especially by supporting seniors and empowering youth through mentorship, etiquette, and personal development. I also hope to inspire others by creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that bring pride and positivity to our neighborhoods.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are strength, resilience, and continuous growth. I believe in cultivating both physical and mental well-being while embracing new beginnings with purpose and determination. I also deeply value the power of community and collaboration, especially the support and encouragement that comes from being connected with other women who inspire and uplift one another.
