Camille Quilter is a technical writer with approximately 15 years of professional experience. She began writing professionally on a volunteer basis in college for a publication covering books adapted into movies and has continued developing her craft through personal novel writing. Her career includes serving as house writer at Evermore Park and progressing at JobNimbus from technical support to overseeing L&D responsibilities. She specializes in technical writing, storytelling, and content creation, drawing on her narrative skills to approach brand storytelling as plot-driven narratives. Currently seeking another technical writing position while working on a fantasy novel, Quilter credits her husband for pushing and inspiring her to persevere through challenges.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Success means being able to experience life the way I want, provide for my family, travel, and be generous. My husband has pushed me and inspired me to keep going when I thought I couldn't.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you want to lead in your community, put your money where your mouth is and be a member of the community. Build your village by volunteering and being part of something bigger. As for writing, it's important to practice your craft. Read books, listen to writing podcasts from experts, and most importantly, simply put words on the page.
