What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to find mentors, seek out supportive communities, and proactively advocate for their health and professional growth. Sharing your experiences can also help guide and empower others along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in women’s midlife health include low clinician awareness of menopause and surgical menopause, gaps in translating research into practice, and insurance or access barriers for treatments. The values most important to me are service, mentorship, and collaboration, using my experiences to guide and support others. I am passionate about education, advocacy, and honoring the unique journeys of women, helping them navigate challenges with respect and care.
