01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The most valuable thing is to say less and learn more in the beginning. Really just learn the examples of what others are doing, find those people with the paths that have been successful, and walk in a similar path. Absorb the business before you really step out and start trying to accomplish things. It's okay to have a fake it till you make it mentality at first.
