Candi Dunham

She is a care management and nursing professional with experience in patient advocacy, patient safety, skilled nursing, hospice care, medication support, case coordination, quality assurance, and client care planning. She currently works with Meta Care as a Client Care Manager and On-Site Care Manager for the Catholic Diocese of Beaumont. Previously, she held care management and nursing roles with Humana, Nurses Unlimited, and Cooper Group Staffing, supporting clients, providers, MCO communication, home care services, and end-of-life care.
