Candice Hoos

She is a seasoned real estate and lease management executive with over 18 years of experience in lease administration, portfolio strategy, and occupancy cost optimization at JD Finish Line. Currently serving as Head of Lease Management, she oversees all payment processing procedures, leads a lease administration team, validates database entries, tracks and reports on economic triggering events, manages occupancy budgeting, and supervises team members across interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation. She has played a pivotal role in driving departmental savings, including contributing to over $1 million in savings in FY19 and anticipated $2 million in FY20, and achieved the largest single co-tenancy violation collection in Finish Line history of over $615,000. She also played an integral role in the implementation and rollout of Lucernex lease administration software. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Leasing Representative/Strategist, Senior Lease Administrator Supervisor, and Lease Administrator, where she managed lease portfolios, performed account reconciliations, and negotiated settlements. She began her career at JD Finish Line as Executive Assistant to the EVP of Real Estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from Butler University, where she also serves as Engagement Committee Chair on the Young Alumni Board of Directors. She also volunteers with Ronald McDonald House of Indiana. She is recognized as a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven leader who combines deep lease expertise with strong financial acumen and team development skills to deliver significant cost savings and operational efficiency.
