Her Interview

Ten minutes with Candice

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to how I grew up. My family had very strong morals and I had a lot of encouragement from my parents. I always remind myself that if you fall down, get up and keep going. If you make a mistake, admit it and just keep moving forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Keep one level of service and that one level of service would be personal. Get to know your clients on a personal level, not just another transaction. They are real people with families and jobs. Send them a card if something happened to their pet or go visit them if their mother was in the hospital. Keep it very personal.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Make sure you keep the relationship personal and professional. And just be committed. Committed to help clients succeed their goals.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and building trust with people.
