Candice Moore
Candice Moore is a real estate director, leadership professional, and life and wellness coach based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she has built a career centered on developing people, leading large teams, and driving operational excellence. She currently serves as a Director of Realty Execution, where she oversees major real estate and store development initiatives while leading a team of nearly 100 associates, including 17 direct reports. In this role, she combines strategic project management with a leadership philosophy that prioritizes team development, accountability, and workplace culture.
Candice’s journey with the company began in an entry-level role as a part-time cashier. After earning her degree in sociology and briefly exploring opportunities outside the organization, she returned and quickly advanced through several roles, including asset protection and the company’s management training program. She later served as an assistant manager in high-profile beach locations before transitioning into the real estate division. Starting in an entry-level coaching role focused on store remodels and openings, she progressed to project management and ultimately into her current director position, where she has served for more than three and a half years.
Beyond her corporate leadership role, Candice is also the founder of Sacred Reset, a life and wellness coaching practice rooted in her passion for mental health and personal growth. Having spent decades in leadership positions where others rely on her guidance, she believes it is essential for leaders to prioritize their own mental well-being in order to effectively support their teams. Through both her professional work and coaching practice, Candice remains committed to helping others find hope, build resilience, and create healthier, more balanced lives.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, persistence in leadership, and a willingness to seize opportunities when they arise. Mentorship has also played an important role in my journey, as learning from others has helped shape my perspective and growth. Above all, my continual passion for helping people has been the driving force behind everything I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You can, and you will. I believe in continuing to work hard, giving your best effort, and staying committed to your goals. When you remain focused and put in consistent effort, growth naturally follows. Over time, that dedication allows you to develop, build confidence, and truly flourish.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to hold on to hope and persevere. Your background does not determine your future, and where you start does not limit where you can go. Work hard, actively seek opportunities, and surround yourself with people who encourage your growth. At the same time, remember to prioritize self-care and protect your mental health as you build your career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is supporting the mental health and individual needs of a large team while still meeting corporate expectations and responsibilities. However, this challenge also presents an important opportunity to strengthen support systems and create better wellness resources for associates so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me most are helping others, prioritizing mental health and well-being, and maintaining a sense of hope. I also believe strongly in self-care and resilience, both of which are essential for sustaining long-term success and balance in both work and life.
