Candice Mosal

I have been working in healthcare since 2019, building my entire career in this field. Currently, I serve as Market Development and Strategy Director at Molina Healthcare Incorporated, a Medicaid-managed care organization serving millions of members. My role is essentially business development - I fly to different states depending on my assignments and focus on relationship building with local community business organizations including provider groups, hospital systems, state agencies, local partners like clinics, food banks, school systems and many more. My work is all about building up our footprint and helping our direction strategically so that when the state comes up for re-procurement, we are positively positioned to create a competitive proposal. I travel frequently, to states all across the country to build relationships annd understand the landscape attending in-person conferences, listening sessions, and sponsorship events while working with our different plans.
