Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of values and practices that have guided me throughout my career. Growing up, my parents instilled in me a strong work ethic that drives me to consistently give my best. I also have a deep belief in purpose-driven work and a faith in a higher cause, which gives meaning and direction to everything I do.

I strive to listen actively and bring people together, fostering collaboration and understanding in every environment. My calm and thoughtful approach to conflict and negotiation allows me to navigate challenging situations with clarity and composure.

Additionally, I am willing to take on complex, high-responsibility roles, embracing challenges as opportunities to grow, make an impact, and lead with integrity.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on doing meaningful work, even when it goes unseen. I’ve learned to let listening be one of my greatest leadership strengths and to stay grounded in purpose rather than seeking recognition. These principles have guided me to lead with integrity, foster collaboration, and make a lasting impact.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to first learn how to listen before stepping into leadership. Don’t underestimate the power of calm, thoughtful negotiation, and cultivate confidence in managing money, contracts, and challenging conversations. Finally, say yes to opportunities that stretch you—they’re often the ones that accelerate growth and build resilience.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now, some of the biggest challenges in my field include navigating complex projects across cultures and time zones, managing large budgets responsibly while achieving organizational goals, and balancing the need for visibility with behind-the-scenes leadership.

At the same time, there are exciting opportunities. There is an increasing demand for strong relationship managers and skilled negotiators, growing global collaboration across organizations, and innovative ways to influence and connect—such as using platforms like podcasts—without relying on monetization. I see these challenges and opportunities as chances to grow, lead thoughtfully, and make a meaningful impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are integrity, accountability, and a commitment to service. I place a strong emphasis on faith, respectful communication, and building trust across differences. These principles shape how I lead, collaborate, and approach every opportunity with purpose and thoughtfulness.
