Cara Collins

I am an experienced leader in the equine, racing, and agricultural industries with a strong background in racing operations, property sales, agricultural lending, and equine care. Currently, I serve as the Senior Manager of Property Sales and Racing Operations at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel, where I oversee racing operations, support strategic business growth, and help deliver high-quality experiences within the racing and hospitality industry.

In addition, I am honored to serve as the Elected District 6 Track Director for the United States Trotting Association, contributing to the advancement and integrity of the harness racing industry while representing the interests of participants within the district.

Prior to my current roles, I worked as an Ag Lending Specialist with Farm Credit Mid-America, where I partnered with agricultural producers and rural businesses to provide financial solutions that supported growth and long-term success. Earlier in my career, I gained hands-on experience in equine health and animal care as a Veterinary Assistant at Kentucky Lake Equine Hospital.

My career has allowed me to combine my passion for agriculture, equine sports, and business operations while developing strong leadership, relationship management, and operational skills. I am committed to supporting the continued growth and success of the racing and agricultural communities through collaboration, professionalism, and service.
