Her Story

About Cara

I help residential real estate investors, builders, and operators secure fast, reliable capital for 1–20 unit projects across most U.S. markets.

At Trentium Capital, we focus on RTL lending for experienced operators who need speed, certainty, and execution. Our programs support fix & flip, ground-up construction, and bridge financing with loan amounts typically ranging from $500,000 to $12,000,000.

Our borrowers are usually building or renovating multiple projects per year and need a capital partner who understands timelines, draw schedules, leverage, and execution risk.

What Trentium offers:

• Fix & flip financing

• Ground-up construction financing

• Bridge and transitional capital

• Loans from $500K–$12M

• Same-day construction draws

• Fast closings

• In-house operations and servicing

• Interest reserves financed across products

• Cash-out options available on select programs

We currently lend on 1–4 unit residential projects in eligible states.

The best fit is an investor, builder, or operator with a clear project, real experience, and a need for reliable execution.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Cara

01What do you attribute your success to?

I'm a perfectionist by nature, so I'm not happy unless I'm doing my best. I take every client and project at the same level of detail, regardless of the amount of money or time spent working together.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

There was a quote that I remember from college that said something like "always do your best work and compare it to the best in the world.".

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say go for it. We have a huge advantage in that it's very male-dominated. To be a woman in a field filled with men, and to be successful at it, it's extremely satisfying.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The economy is obviously a huge impact in the real estate industry, so even though it's not directly affecting me, I hear it everyday across the country how my clients are having to pivot as a result.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty. And simply being a good person, having the mindset to help others and not just profit from others, care about their future and their outcome goes a long way.
