Caressa Bray
Caressa Bray is a dedicated and experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Maintenance and Head of Dispatch at Paris Air Flight School in Vero Beach, Florida. With a strong background in aviation operations, FAA regulatory compliance, and team coordination, Caressa plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of over 300 daily student flights. She excels at maintaining accurate maintenance and flight records for a fleet of 50 aircraft, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence. Currently pursuing her Associate of Science in Business at Herzing University, she has consistently made the President’s List and was recently inducted into the Alpha Kappa Beta Honor Society.
Outside of her professional achievements, Caressa is an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in paddleboarding, spending time in nature, and staying active. She also enjoys shopping, cooking, and most of all, embracing her role as a mom. Balancing a fast-paced career in aviation with a love for family, adventure, and creativity, Caressa embodies resilience, warmth, and a commitment to both personal and professional growth.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering aviation is to stay focused and confident—this industry is male-driven, so you have to learn to look past any negative comments or doubts from others and keep pushing forward with determination.
