Carla Deane

Carla Deane brings over two decades of experience in customer service and client relations to her professional roles. After 20 years in the fine dining service industry, she earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration, graduating cum laude in May 2015. She then joined Porsche Cars North America as a customer experience specialist, advancing to regional specialist where she managed case files for vehicle repurchases across five states, including Michigan Lemon law compliance. Following her time at PCNA, she served as customer experience manager at Porsche Novi for Porsche and Audi clients for approximately four months. Deane is now preparing to lead sales efforts for a new $26 million luxury independent senior living project at Lords Senior Community, with responsibility for filling the remaining 58 apartments by April 2028. In addition to her professional career, she is developing a gospel music platform under carladeen.music and plans to release her album Rebirth, beginning with the single Calvary.
