What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to starting fresh and being willing to learn every step of the way. After graduating college, I joined a staffing agency and entered the mortgage industry with no prior experience. From there, I worked as a loan officer, processor, underwriter, and closer, learning the business inside and out. It has been a challenging but incredibly rewarding career, and I’m proud of the growth and expertise I’ve gained along the way.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always listen to your customer and provide the best service possible. Focusing on their needs and delivering exceptional support has guided my work and helped me build lasting relationships throughout my career.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, curiosity, and connection. I take pride in doing my best professionally, while outside of work I enjoy fixing up antique trucks for roadshows, spending time outdoors hiking and gardening, and cherishing moments with my family and grandkids. I’m also a big dog lover, and caring for animals brings me joy and balance in my life.
