Her Interview

Ten minutes with Carla

01What do you attribute your success to?

I contribute it to the just massive amount of grit that I have. I always say that I can do anything for a short period of time, because all things end. Whether it's stress, it's having to take on a heavy workload for a minute, there's always that in sight. I developed that from my upbringing, a lot of different individuals I've had in my life, just being in sports.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My advisor in college once told me that after you get an opportunity, never say no, because you never know if it's going to come back. So I always say, let me look into it. I don't always say yes, but I always say let me look into it to see if I can find a way.
