Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I honestly attribute my success to my parents, because they instilled the values in me that I have today, and the work ethic that I have. I would also attribute it to God as well. The foundation my parents gave me has been instrumental in shaping who I am professionally and the drive I bring to my work every day.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is that culture is over compensation. What I mean by that is your happiness is more important than your paycheck. It's so important to prioritize finding a work environment where you feel valued and happy, rather than just chasing the biggest salary. That mindset has really guided my career decisions and helped me find fulfillment in what I do.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say shoot for the stars. No goal or dream is too big, and we can do anything that men can do. So yeah, just dream big and don't let anybody who tells you no get in the way of your dreams. It's really that simple - pursue your biggest ambitions and don't let anyone discourage you from achieving what you want to achieve.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity in my field right now is taking advantage of the tax savings, especially because of the one big, beautiful bill that was passed. That legislation has created incredible opportunities for high-income earners to save on taxes through strategic investments. As for challenges, I would say we're still kind of new as a company, so the main challenge is getting our name out there and having people know that this short-term rental strategy is an option. A lot of people just don't know about it yet, so bringing more awareness about our company and our business model is really important right now.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are loyalty, honesty, and transparency. I also believe in not taking life too seriously - same thing with business, you know? Life is too short. I try to bring that perspective to both my personal life and my professional work, because maintaining balance and keeping things in perspective is so important.
