About Carli
She is a sales leadership, renewal sales, and inside sales professional with experience in cybersecurity, customer retention, team management, sales development, communication, and account support. She currently works as Senior Manager of Renewal Sales at Sophos. Previously, she held multiple inside sales roles at Fortinet, progressing from Inside Sales Representative to Inside Sales Manager and Senior Inside Sales Manager. She also gained early sales experience at Red Hat and HR experience with Allison’s Fun Inc.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm definitely a competitor by nature, growing up playing sports, and through that it's really taught me the discipline, the resilience that comes with it. So really just kind of staying focused, reminding myself of what the priority is, and just continuing to push and have the accountability and the drive to stay successful and to continue learning.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your gut, trust yourself and believe in your abilities. You have to be your own advocate throughout your own career. The opportunities that challenge you the most are usually the ones that you can grow from the most. Remember, you don't have to have everything figured out before saying yes. It doesn't have to be perfect in order for it to be a good opportunity. So trust yourself and don't expect perfection, but always expect growth from yourself.
