Carmen I. Ramirez, CPA, is an accomplished Accounting Advisor at Dell Technologies, where she currently contributes to the Services Team. Carmen began her journey at Dell through the prestigious Accounting Development Program, completing one-year rotations across the Revenue, Equity, and Statutory teams. This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of various accounting functions and refine her skills in leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and team communication. Fluent in Spanish, Carmen brings a global perspective to her role, bridging communication between diverse teams and clients.
Before joining Dell, Carmen gained practical experience through internships and early career roles in accounting and finance, including positions at Hilcorp and Grant Thornton. She also dedicated time to community-focused projects, such as advancing fundraising efforts at IDEA Public Schools and supporting her family’s agriculture business in the Rio Grande Valley, where she helped expand operations and launched a citrus juice and fruit tray business honoring her grandfather’s legacy. These experiences reflect her commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.
Carmen holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business Honors from Texas A&M University. She is passionate about driving accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in financial operations, combining technical expertise with a personal dedication to mentoring and supporting others.
