These experiences reflect her commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.

Carmen holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business Honors from Texas A&M University. She is passionate about driving accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in financial operations, combining technical expertise with a personal dedication to mentoring and supporting others.
