Carmen Reid

Carmen Reid serves as Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at a major pharmaceutical company that distributes products worldwide. She began her career in 2010 and has accumulated 16 years of experience across multiple sectors including agricultural, molecular, food, and pharmaceuticals. For 8 of those years she specialized in microbiology, serving as QC lab supervisor over the microbiology department before transitioning into audits and regulations. In her current role she conducts global assessments to evaluate the impact of changes on products under various regulated guidances such as those from the FDA and EU, supports drug filings, and engages with customers across countries. Carmen has published research and contributed to teams that facilitated vaccines for Ebola and COVID, connecting with scientists worldwide to advance knowledge in the field. She maintains membership in the American Public Health Association and is currently pursuing a PhD in holistic medicine.
