I have a great team. It's imperative to have a team that really understands where you are and where you want to be. We are all women in the branch, from the branch manager to the account executive. The success we have is not just mine, but it's all of us working together.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be patient. Nothing that's worthwhile is gonna come easy. Take your time. If there's another woman doing it, you can do it as well. We all carry something so special. Wake up every morning and tell yourself I'm where I'm supposed to be at, and I bring something different. Stay confident, stay positive, and remind yourself that you belong at that table.
